Wikileaks has released emails showing a startling connection between the U.S. State Department and the FBI during the criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server.
In one of the leaked emails, Undersecretary of State Patrick Kennedy contacted FBI officials with a request to remove the “top secret” classification on one of Hillary Clinton’s emails sent through her private server. To sweeten the deal, Patrick Kennedy promised to get the State Department to approve the FBI’s request for placing more agents in various foreign countries, as long as the FBI removed the classification status on the email.
“Top secret” is the highest security clearance in the United States!
The email conversation took place as both the State Department and FBI were working together on an “interagency review” of Hillary Clinton’s emails, before they were released to the public.
This is shocking evidence of the State Department and FBI colluding together in an attempt to protect Hillary Clinton from criminal charges for her use of a private email server. How can the American people have any faith in the credibility of the email investigation, when there is clear evidence the State Department was trying to cover up Hillary’s criminal actions!
Sign this petition to tell Congress to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the apparent ‘quid pro quo’ between the U.S. State Department and the FBI.
To Congress:Emails from Wikileaks have exposed an apparaent ‘quid pro quo’ between the U.S. State Department and the FBI. This corruption amounts to nothing short of a State Department cover-up of Hillary Clinton’s repeated violation of federal law.
Collusion between a federal agency and a federal department for the purposes of obstructing justice is extremely troubling. With the upcoming presidential election, we deserve to know the truth regarding Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. I ask the U.S. Justice Department to investigate the ‘quid pro quo’ email conversation between the U.S. State Department and the FBI.Sincerely,
